Budget Ordinance, Fiscal Year 2008-09 022 <br />County of Lee, North Carolina <br />June 30, 2008 <br />Page 9 <br />SECTION 25. The following schedules of fees and charges are incorporated as <br />part of this ordinance and are hereby adopted: <br />(A) Building Construction/Planning and Development Fee Schedules <br />(B) Environmental Health Fee Schedule for FY 08-09 <br />(C) 2008-2009 County of Lee Schedules of Fees & Charges <br />SECTION 26.
