eoc,, 13 2?'! <br />b) storage capacity of all storage units; <br />c) proposed layout of pipelines. <br />Other Requirements <br />Written comments and the approval of the Lee County Fire Marshall shall be <br />obtained before a Special Use Permit is granted. <br />Use: <br />(A plot which has been planned or improved for three (3) or more <br />manufactured homes for dwelling or sleeping purposes.) <br />Special Use District <br />R iVl <br />Minimum Lot Size <br />a) Thirty thousand (30,000) square feet with individual :yell and septic <br />tank; forty thousand (40,000) square feet inside watershed. <br />b) Fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet with individual septic tank and <br />public or community water system; forty thousand (40,000) square feet <br />inside watershed. <br />c) Seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet with individual well <br />and public community sewer; twelve thousand five hundred (12,500) <br />square feet inside watershed. <br />d) Seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet with public or <br />community water and sewer system; twelve thousand five hundred <br />(12,500) square feet inside watershed. <br />e) Any and all lot sizes may be increased by the Planning Board to protect <br />public health, safety, and welfare. <br />Setbacks and Buffers <br />a) Twenty (20) foot minimum setback for all manufactured homes from front <br />lot Line of park. This area may be used for required parking. <br />b) Twenty (20) foot minimum clearance between manufactured homes. <br />c) Twenty-five (25) foot minimum setback from adjoining property lines. <br />Site Development and Parking <br />a) Off-street parking spaces shall be provided with each manufactured home <br />park at a ratio of at least two (2) spaces per lot, the minimum of which <br />shall be at least nine (9) feet by eighteen (18) feet. <br />b) Manufactured homes shall be located so that there is at least twenty (20) <br />feet clearance between mobile homes. <br />c) Each manufactured home park shall have located at its primary entrance <br />a permanent non-lighted sign, not to exceed twelve (12) square feet, <br />indicating the park name. <br />37 <br />
