13 <br />sear; <br />Parking and Loading <br />Two (2) spaces for each regular employee for non-academic schools. See <br />Article IX, Off-Street Parking, for academic school parking requirements. <br />Required Plans <br />Plans as may be required shall be submitted showing: <br />a) location and approximate size of all existing and proposed buildings and <br />structures within the site and on the lots adjacent thereto; <br />b) proposed points of ingress and egress and pattern of internal circula- <br />tion; <br />c) layout of parking spaces; <br />d) other details: <br />1. location and extent of open recreation of training area; <br />2. estimated number of students; <br />3. subjects to be taught outside of regular classroom facilities (for <br />example, in laboratories, gyms, etc.). <br />Use: Public Utililies <br />(substations, transformers, radio or TV towers, etc.) <br />Special Use Districts <br />Public utility substation - any district <br />Radio or TV tower - RA, RR, RM, CS, HC, LI, HI <br />Screening and Fencing <br />Substations, towers, and transformer stations shall be enclosed by a fence <br />not less than six (6) feet in height which shall be approved by the Planning <br />Director. <br />Required Plans <br />Plans as may be required shall be submitted showing: <br />a) location and approximate size of all existing and proposed structures <br />within the site and all buildings and structures within five hundred <br />(500) feet; <br />b) proposed points of ingress and egress; <br />c) location and arrangement of all proposed off-street parking; <br />d) other details: <br />1. proposed provisions for fencing and other protective screening at <br />the lot fines adjacent to abutting residential property; <br />2. the anticipated service area of the facility to be constructed. <br />35 <br />
