i <br />a00w, 13 219 <br />d) Permitted illuminations: Indirect lighting, non-flashing illumination, and <br />motionless. <br />e) Permitted location: Within the bounds of the property. <br />Use: Airfield general aviation <br />Special Use Districts <br />RA, HC, LI, HI <br />Required Plans <br />Plans as may be required shall be submitted showing: <br />a) approval from all required state and federal agencies; <br />b) scaled drawings of location and size of landing strips, all existing and <br />proposed structures; <br />c) location and type of lighting; <br />d) anticipated type of and extent of use; <br />e) map of all property within five hundred (500) feet of proposed airfield, <br />including names of property owners. <br />Use: Junkyard Scrap Processor Auto Wrecking Establishments <br />Special Use Districts <br />LI, HI <br />uired Area <br />Junkyards and scrap processors as defined in Article IV, Section 2 of this <br />ordinance must be located on a minimum of three (3) acres of land. <br />Screening <br />Screening is required which completely screens from view the stored items. <br />Such screening shall be a durable wall or fence at least eight (8) feet high. <br />Plans <br />The Planning Board may require the submission of plans showing the location <br />of existing and proposed structures within the site and existing structures <br />and such other information as may be necessary to judge the probable effect <br />of the proposed activity on neighboring properties, and to carry out the <br />intent of this ordinance. <br />Parking <br />Off-street parking and loading shall be provided in accordance with Article <br />IX. <br />32 <br />
