;1 13 ,rs t1e <br />d) streets, traffic circulation, and parking areas with spaces; <br />e) service areas, off-street loading facilities, service drives, and dimen- <br />sions thereon; <br />f) all pedestrian ways; <br />g) a title, giving the names of the developers, the date, the scale of the <br />plan, and the person or firm preparing the plan; <br />h) proposed landscaping, with property buffers between other uses; <br />i) size and location of signs; <br />j) proposed water system and fire fighting facilities such as hydrants or <br />sprinkler connections; <br />k) the location and heights of all fences, walls, and hedges shall be shown; <br />1) profiles of publicly maintained water and sewer lines; <br />m) profiles, cross-sections and slopes of on-site, off-site ditches carrying <br />water runoff; <br />n) erosion and sedimentation control plan; <br />o) lighting plan, where applicable. <br />Uses <br />Uses shall be limited to those permitted by right in the district in which the <br />development will be located. <br />Parking <br />Off-street parking and loading shall be provided in accordance with Article <br />VII, Section 5. <br />Signs <br />Signs on premises shall be regulated as follows. <br />a) Type of sign permitted: Identification <br />b) Permitted number of signs: One (1) ground sign per entrance to the <br />development. There shall be no limitation of signs attached to and flat <br />against the principal building or structure. <br />c) Maximum area of ground sign: Fifteen (15) square feet. <br />d) Permitted illumination: Indirect lighting, non-flashing illumination, and <br />motionless. <br />e) Permitted location: Within the bounds of the property <br />Use: Planned Unit Development <br />(An area of land under unified control to be developed as a single <br />entity for a number and variety of dwelling units [both attached <br />and detached housingl, the plan for which may not correspond in <br />lot size, type of dwelling, or lot coverage to the regulations of the <br />residential zoning district in which the PUD is located.) <br />Special Use Districts <br />RA, RR, RM <br />29 <br />
