0 ;300 13; pt'a 215 0 <br />Where plans are required to be submitted and approved as part of the <br />application for a Special Use Permit, modifications of the original plans <br />may be authorized by the Planning Board. <br />No appeal may be taken from the action of the Planning Board in grant- <br />ing or denying a Special Use Permit except through the Lee County <br />Superior Court. <br />4.3 Regulations for Special Use Permits <br />se: <br />Detailed regulations for the special uses subject to this section are set <br />forth in the following Regulations for Special Uses and the notes related <br />to those provisions. <br />(An area of land under unified control developed for business <br />commercial or industrial uses, consisting of one (1) or more prin- <br />cipal structures or buildings and accessory structures or buildings <br />on a plat not subdivided into customary streets and lots). <br />Special Use Districts <br />CS, HC, LI, HI <br />Minimum Area <br />one (1) acre, two hundred and fifty (250) foot minimum plot width <br />Site Considerations <br />Such developments shall abut a major highway or a collector street and shall <br />have direct access thereto. <br />Minimum front yard depth of fifty (50) feet in CS and HC. Yards shall be <br />used only for driveways, landscaping, and screening. <br />Points of ingress <br />and egress shall <br />consist of <br />a driveway <br />or roadway at least <br />twenty (20) feet <br />in width and shall <br />be located <br />a sufficient <br />distance from high- <br />way intersections <br />to minimize traffic <br />hazards, <br />inconvenienc <br />e, and congestion. <br />The number, width, and location of curb cuts shall be such as to minimize <br />traffic hazards, inconvenience, and congestion. <br />Parking areas shall have a paved surface and all parking areas and traffic <br />lanes shall be clearly marked. <br />Required Plans <br />Plans shall be submitted as may be required, showing: <br />a) topography of the site, at contour interval no greater than five (5) feet; <br />b) dimensions of the property and adjacent lots and streets; <br />c) location and proposed use of all buildings with dimensions and ground <br />area thereof; <br />28 <br />
