sorer; 13 400 <br />(c) Where district <br />boundaries are so indicated that they <br />are <br />approximately <br />parallel to the <br />center line of streets or highways, or <br />the <br />rights-of-way <br />of same, such <br />district boundaries shall be construed <br />as <br />being parallel <br />thereto and at <br />such distance therefrom as indicated on <br />the <br />zoning map. <br />(d) Where a district <br />boundary <br />line divides a lot or tract in single owner- <br />ship, the <br />district requirements for the least restricted portion of such <br />lot or trac <br />t shall <br />be deemed <br />to apply to the whole thereof, provided such <br />extensions <br />shall <br />not include <br />any part of a lot or tract more than thirty- <br />five (35) <br />feet <br />beyond the <br />district boundary line. The term "least <br />restricted" <br />shall <br />refer to zo <br />ning restrictions, not lot or tract size. <br />
