coos 13 Pns~ 17'1 3 <br />Adjustment or the Board of County Commissioners in accordance <br />with part 3, Chapter 153A, of the General Statutes of North <br />Carolina; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to <br />delegate that authority to the Lee County Planning Board in <br />accordance with General Statute 153-A-345. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Lee County Planning <br />Board, be authorized to issue special use permits in accordance <br />with Article VII of the The Zonina Ordinance of Lee County, <br />North Carolina and that the administrative fees necessary to <br />defray the cost of issuing those special use permits be the same <br />as for changes and amendments as set forth in Article XIII of <br />The Zoning Ordinance of Lee County, North Carolina. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion and upon a vote the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the Resolution had been unanimously <br />adopted. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved to establish a $50.00 fee to <br />cover the administrative cost involved in issuing special Use <br />Permits. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion and upon a vote <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Barefoot advised that the Zoning Ordinance will now <br />included Mobile Home Park Regulations and, therefore, there is <br />no need for a Mobile Home Park Ordinance. Commissioner Stafford <br />moved that the Mobile Home Park Ordinance be repealed effective <br />12:01 A.M., June 19, 1990. Commissioner Matthews seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />The Board then discussed a memo from Mr. Barefoot to the <br />Finance Committee regarding Building Inspections Permit <br />Procedures. The County Manager advised that the Finance <br />Committee reviewed the first item of the memorandum, Begin the <br />issuance of a single permit for mobile homes and recommended the <br />Board consider this item for change and that the other Permit <br />Procedures be considered at a later date after the Finance <br />Committee has reviewed them.
