0 <br />n00~ 13 i'1,u WSJ <br />TOTAL 916,452 <br />SECTION 12. <br />WxCrrr nTSPOSAL• FEES: The charges and rules for solid waste <br />disposal in Lee County shall be as follows: <br />a. The Lee County Landfill will only accept wastcollecrated in <br />Lee County. A $9.00 per ton charge shall be <br />olid waste brought to the landfill. However, there <br />all solid' <br />shall be no charges at the landfill for solid waste <br />generated by an individual at his own residence and which <br />is brought to the landfill in an automobile or pickup <br />truck. <br />b. There will be a solid waste disposal fee of $18.00 annually <br />for each County residence located outside the corporate <br />limits of the City of Sanford and the Town bofcBroadway. both <br />$12.00 per year recycling center municipal and rural reso eential a its, co_ <br />mmercialclubs. <br />governmental <br />businesses, churches, <br />The bill for these fees shall be directed to and paid by <br />the owner of the real estate where the households are <br />situated. The entry into the landfill of any vehicle signifies the <br />consent of the owner and driver of the vehicle for it to <br />be searched so that the County can insure that no hazardous <br />or prohibited substance is brought into the landfill. <br />f. All haulers who must pay the per ton disposal fee shall pay <br />at the time the solid waste is delivered to the landfill <br />unless arrangements have been made for periodic <br />9 <br />
