Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. The County Manager distributed the list of appointments to the Boards and Commissions whose terms expire June 30, 1990. The Board reviewed the list informally and agreed to consider these appointments at the next Board meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to cancel the July 16, 1990 meeting since the Board will be out of town for the NACO Conference. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Stafford moved that the Board enter into an executive session to discuss a personnel matter. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously and the Board was in executive session. Commissioner Dossenbach moved that the executive session be closed. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously and the Board had resumed its regular meeting. There being no further business to come before this session, Commissioner Dossenbach moved to adjourn.
