210 <br />0 floes 3 <br />Charge for property record cards and xerox copies are as <br />follows: <br />$1.00 per sheet for property record cards with a building <br />sketch. <br />$1.00 per sheet for property record cards with vacant property <br />(no sketch) <br />$1.00 per sheet for xerox copies of property listing forms or <br />any other xerox copies. <br />$.40* per abstract for listings furnished the city for their <br />billing. <br />No charge for information given to an individual on his own <br />property. <br />*Change to $.50 <br />Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and upon a vote <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Crissman asked if the charge for maps applies to <br />requests from the city and state. After discussion, <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved not to charge the City of Sanford, <br />Town of Broadway and the NC Department of Transportation for <br />copies of maps. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and <br />upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The County Manager reported on a request from Lee County <br />Schools to use the old Tax Supervisor's office space on the 1st <br />Floor of the Lee County Office Building. The County Manager <br />reported that this area is not being used. Commissioner Cox <br />moved to approve the request. Commissioner Matthews seconded <br />the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />The County Manager reported on a construction report from <br />Hayes-Howell concerning the revised construction schedule on the <br />Community Resource Center. In a letter dated June 22, 1990 Mr. <br />Calvin Howell of Hayes-Howell advised that the contract <br />completion date of January 27, 1991 was revised to April 30, <br />1991 by New South Construction, Inc. The major delay on this <br />project has been the steel delivery. The letter advised that <br />the contractors are due some time extension in conjunction with <br />17 <br />
