®
SECTION 44. Copies of this Budget Ordinance shall be
furnished the Budget Officer, the Finance Officer, and the Tax
Administrator for direction in carrying out their duties.
Chairman Wicker seconded the motion and upon a vote the
results were as follows:
Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker
Nay: None
The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Dossenbach noted for the record that the Fire
District rates are not recommendations of the Board of County
Commissioners. These are recommendations from the districts and
the Commissioners are more or less "rubber stamping" what the
districts recommended.
The Board next considered the Tax Release Report for the
month of June, 1990. Commissioner Cox moved that the releases
enumerated in the report for the month of June be authorized and
approved. A copy of the report is attached to these minutes and
by this reference made apart hereof. Commissioner Matthews
seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as
follows:
Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker
Nay: None
The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously.
Mr. Nathan Crissman, Tax Administrator, appeared before the
Board and presented a Proposed Charge for Copies. He reported
that he had checked with other Counties, as requested by the
Board, to see what they were charging cities for abstracts. He
found it is varied, but most counties are collecting from cities
and towns in their areas. Commissioner Cox moved to adopt the
following schedule as submitted except to change the $.40 charge
per abstract for listings furnished the city to $.50 per
abstract.
(1) Single Property
(2) Single Orthos
(3) Large County Maps
(4) Over-Lay
(5) County Index
(6) Print-outs
(7) Printer/plotter
(8) Total Set single Property
(270 maps @ 4.00/sheet)
$ 4.00
4.00
5.00/sheet
5.00
1.00
*Below
4.00
Maps 1,080.00
*Print-outs: $1.00/sheet to a max of 5 sheets; anything after 5
sheets the print-out rate is $25.00 per minimum, plus 25 cents
per sheet over 100 sheets.
16
