Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted and the Board had resumed its regular meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach moved that an amendment be made to the previous motion to hire Mr. Polston as the architect of record for the senior center, add with the architectural fee not to exceed 3.9%. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously.
