Thompson, Planner II <br />REQUEST Consider recommendation of the Planning Board and make final decision on <br />rezoning request <br />SUMMARY: A public hearing was held on August 15, 2011 to consider Application No. 2011- <br />0801 submitted by James Marty Thomas, agent for Petroleum Recovery Services to rezone approximately <br />1.42± acres of land located at 3659 S. It was the consensus of the Planning Board that the use will be heavily regulated by the NC Division <br />of Environment and Natural Resources. <br />
