+OOv I S '1,~~ doi~ Carolina School Boards Association County Commissioners Award. The Board directed the County Manager to write a letter of of appreciation to Mr. Hunter. The County Manager reported that Mr. Crissman had passed the Assessor's Certification School and is now a certified Assessor. Commissioner Matthews moved to proclaim Saturday, September 22, 1990 as Hunting and Fishing Day in Lee County and to call upon all citizens to join with sportsmen-conservationists in their efforts to ensure the wise use and proper management of our natural resources to benefit future generations. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None Commissioner Stafford moved to enter an executive session to discuss contractual, legal and personnel matters. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Vice Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously and the Board was in executive session. Commissioner Cox moved that the executive session be closed. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted and the Board resumed its regular meeting. Commissioner Cox moved to approve the Amendment to the Agreement with the City of Sanford. (Copy attached to these Minutes and by this reference made a part hereof).
