ov t3 ~4f r 380- <br />(e) County shall not use, nor shall it permit any of <br />its customers to use, any water from a second or backup source <br />except as herein provided. <br />(f) County shall furnish and operate, at its own <br />expense, adequate pumps and equipment to operate its system, and <br />shall regulate the flow of water into its system at a uniform <br />rate over a twenty-four (24) hour period, and shall take all <br />reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent public health hazards <br />in its system and in the City's. <br />(g) The County will transfer its entire interest to <br />the lines and meter located on Cool Springs Road (SR 1326) <br />between US 421 and Valley Road (SR 1325), to the City of Sanford <br />upon payment by the City of the actual costs of the County in <br />this line. <br />(h) The County will take every precaution to prevent <br />water from the City's system from intermingling with water from <br />the County's system. <br />(i) If circumstances should occur making it necessary <br />for the City to acquire water from sources other than its own, <br />and if County has surplus water available, the County will sell <br />such water to the City at same rate the City charges County. <br />14. The rates for water sold and delivered under this <br />agreement are subject to increase or decrease annually at the end <br />of the City's fiscal year. An increase in rates shall be based <br />upon demonstrable increases in the City's cost of operating its <br />water system, including performance of this agreement and <br />increased capitalization of the City's treatment and reservoir <br />
