Commissioner Dossenbach moved <br />that the releases and refunds enumerated in the Tax <br />Administrator's report for the month of September be authorized <br />and approved. A copy of the report is attached to these minutes <br />and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion and upon a vote the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />The County Manager advised of a request from Carolina Power <br />& Light Company to grant an easement for the installation of the <br />primary electrical at the Lee County Civic Center. The reason <br />for this is that they are responsible for the maintenance of all <br />the primary and this will allow them to repair, if necessary, <br />without permission from the owners to make the repairs. Copy of <br />the Right of Way Agreement is attached to these minutes and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Cox moved to <br />authorize the execution of the Agreement. Commissioner Cox moved <br />for approval of the Contract.
