. r~0pt; 1~ Pt,SE 4~i <br />Commissioner Cox moved to enter an executive session to <br />discuss a personnel matter. Commissioner Matthews seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously and the <br />Board was in executive session. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved that the executive session be <br />closed. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion and upon a <br />vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted <br />and the Board resumed its regular meeting. <br />Commissioner Matthews reported that Mrs. Lou Roberts <br />advised her that she is unable to serve on the Emergency Food <br />and Crisis Support Board. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved that the meeting be adjourned <br />until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, October 19, 1990 to reconvene in the <br />Commissioners' room of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker <br />Street, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioner Cox seconded the <br />motion and upon a vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted <br />and the meeting adjourned. <br />Gordy A.
