0 ,:;our; 13 pt 415 0 <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />Commissioner Cox moved that the executive session be closed. <br />Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved that Commissioner Stafford, <br />the Board's representative on the State Legislative Goals <br />Committee, ask that Committee to review General Statute 131.B <br />10.7 - 10.8 regarding the Foster Care Program. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. <br />The Board discussed the survey taken by the Finance Officer <br />on the charges made by other counties to fire departments. After <br />considerable discussion, Commissioner Matthews the Board's <br />liaison with the Fire Departments, was asked to negotiate <br />incorporating a five percent service charge in the contract with <br />the Fire Departments. <br />There being no further business to come before this session, <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to adjourn. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted, <br />and the meeting adjourned. <br />G ro don A.
