r 00 LEE COUNTY 1990 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ORDINANCE Be it ordained by the Lee County Board of County Commissioners that, pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the following grant project ordinance is hereby adopted: Section 1. The project authorized is the Community Development project described in the work statement contained in the grant agreement # 90-C-8030 between this unit and the Department of Economic and Community Development. This project is more familiarly known as the Beulah Brown Target Area Project. Section 2. The officers of this unit are hereby directed to proceed with the grant project within the terms of the grant document(s), the rules and regulations of the Department of Economic and Community Development and the budget contained herein. Section 3. The following revenues are anticipated to be available to complete this project: Community Development Grant $304,464 Lee County $ 40,000 Total $344,464 Section 4. The following line items are created for this project and appropriations: C-1 Project Acquisition Clearance Streets Water Improvements Relocation Housing Planning Administration Total $ 500 $ 1,000 $ 25,000 $ 59,518 $166,194 $ 3,500 $ 43,083 $298,795 Community Development Grant Lee County $258,795 $ 40,000 Local Option $ 40,000 $ 5,669 $ 45,669 $ 45,669 Section 5. The finance officer is hereby directed to maintain within the Grant Project Fund sufficient specific detailed accounting records to provide the accounting to the grantor agency required by the grant greement(s) and federal and state regulations.
