0 0 <br />500z 13 R?, _ <0_1 <br />facilities at no charge and is to be accorded preferential treatment in <br />reservation of times and dates for such use; provided that its requests are <br />submitted in keeping with the reservation procedures established and <br />prescribed by the Lee County Parks and Recreation Commission for such park. <br />5.MAINPENANCE AND OPERATION. County agrees that it, through the Lee County <br />Department of Parks and Recreation, will reasonably operate and maintain <br />the park and its facilities as an integral part of its parks and recreation <br />program. <br />6.ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS: The County agrees that it will not make <br />additions to, alter, modify, delete or otherwise change the park as <br />developed by Kiwanis without the prior consent of Kiwanis. <br />7.TERM.
