Lkn~ 1s Prat 45-5 0 <br />Ms. Adams thanked the Board for their support. <br />Commissioner Stafford commended Ms. Adams for her endeavors and <br />good rapport with the State. <br />Chairman Wicker commended the efforts of those involved in <br />organizing the soccer tournament held the weekend prior to this <br />meeting. Commissioner Stafford stated that he and Mr. Joyce are <br />currently gathering information to create a proclamation for the <br />individuals involved in planning this tournament. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved to enter an executive session <br />to discuss land acquisition and legal matters. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously, and the <br />Board was in executive session. <br />Commissioner Cox moved that the executive session be <br />closed. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted, <br />and the Board resumed its regular meeting. <br />There being no further business to come before this <br />session, commissioner Cox moved to adjourn. Commissioner <br />Stafford seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Matthews, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted <br />and the meeting adjourned. <br />Gordon'A.
