LEE COUNTY <br />• ©004© (3 8 0 0 boa <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />2007 - <br />RESOLUTION <br />TO PLACE <br />THE COUNTY ATTORNEY, CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />AND THE <br />LEE COUNTY TAX ADMINISTRATOR <br />UNDER THE DIRECTION AND SUPERIVSION <br />OF THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />WHEREAS, on April 18, 2006, the Board adopted a resolution to place the <br />County Attorney, Clerk to the Board, and Tax Administrator under the direction <br />and supervision of the Lee County Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Attorney and Clerk to the Board are positions that <br />serve at the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners. and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Tax Administrator may be appointed for a two -year <br />• or four -year term of office designed and approved by the Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lee County Board of <br />Commissioners wishes to rescind the resolution adopted on April 18, 2006, and <br />place the daily supervision of the County Attorney, Clerk to the Board, and Tax <br />Administrator under their direct supervision as it relates to all employment related <br />matters. <br />Adopted this 7' day of May 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />l <br />qay'n7 I M.
