F. 0 13 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA Monday, January 7, 1991 The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, January 7, 1991, in the Commissioners' Room on the J second floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present were: Commissioners Albert L. Cox, Bobby R. Hall, Bertha L. Matthews, Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T. Reives, William C. Stafford, Jr., and Gordon A. Wicker. Chairman Stafford declared a quorum present and the meeting open for the transaction of business. Chairman William C. Stafford, Jr., presided, and the following business was transacted: The invocation was given by County Attorney K. R. Hoyle. Chairman Stafford assigned the following schedule for the invocation: January - County Attorney K. R. Hoyle February - Commissioner Paschal March - Commissioner Matthews April - Commissioner Cox May - Commissioner Wicker June - Commissioner Hall July - Commissioner Reives August - County Manager William K. Cowan The draft of the minutes for the regular meeting held on December 17, 1990, was reviewed and corrected. After the minutes had been corrected, Commissioner Cox moved that the draft of the minutes be adopted as the official minutes for said meeting and that they be recorded. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Leonard Barefoot, Director of Planning, was recognized. He reported that the Planning Board recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the James 0. Russ petition to change the zoning classification of 4.71 acres of land located at 125 Petty Road from Residential Restricted District to Residential Agricultural Conditional Use District
