A request for any <br />additional period must be addressed to the Lee County <br />Planning Board which shall have authority to act upon said <br />request without the necessity of a public hearing. <br />SECTION 7. That Article VII, Section 4. Special Uses be amended <br />to show that drive-in theatres are examples of Out-of-Doors <br />Commercial Amusements and that Out-of-Doors Commercial Amusements <br />are special uses in Highway Commercial (HC), Light Industrial <br />(LI), and Heavy Industrial (HI) Districts so that the ordinance <br />will read as follows: <br />(e.g., shooting ranges, fairgrounds, race tracks, <br />drive-in theatres, excluding automobile race tracks) <br />Special Use District <br />RA, HC, LI, HI <br />SECTION 8. That Article XIII, Section 3.
