oo 13 .klsc <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF <br />LEE THAT THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF LEE COUNTY. NORTH CAROLINA BE <br />AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That Article VII, Section 3. Table of Permitted Uses <br />be amended by deleting "Theatre, drive-in" as permitted uses in <br />the Highway Commercial (HI), Light Industrial (LI), and Heavy <br />Industrial (HI) Districts. <br />SECTION 2. That Article VII, Section 3. Table of Permitted uses <br />be amended by adding the words "drive-in theatres" to the <br />permitted use - Amusements, out-of-doors, commercial so that the <br />ordinance will read as follows: <br />Amusements, out-of-doors commercial (e.g., shooting ranges, <br />fairgrounds, race tracks, drive-in theatres, excluding <br />automobile race tracks) <br />SECTION 3. That Article VII, Section 3. Table of Permitted Uses <br />be amended by deleting amusements, out-of-doors, commercial (e.g., <br />shooting ranges, fair grounds, race tracks excluding automobile <br />race tracks) as a permitted use in the Community Shopping (CS) <br />District and change the same to special uses in the Highway <br />Commercial (HC), Light Industrial (LI), and Heavy Industrial (HI) <br />Districts so that the ordinance will read as follows: <br />RA RR RM OI CS HC LI HI <br />Amusements, out-of-doors S S S S <br />commercial (e.g., shooting <br />ranges, fairgrounds, race <br />tracks, drive-in theatres, <br />excluding automobile race tracks) <br />SECTION 4.
