CDOK 13 Pr`r 653 <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been adopted <br />unanimously. <br />Chairman Stafford recognized Mrs. Beatrice Fields, <br />Assistant County Manager, who presented the project ordinance <br />for the first floor renovations of the Lee County Government <br />Center, a copy of which is attached to these minutes, and upon <br />this reference, made a part hereof. Commissioner Hall moved to <br />adopt the project ordinance. Commissioner Matthews seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been adopted <br />unanimously. <br />In conjunction with the forementioned project ordinance, <br />Commissioner Cox moved to authorize the County Manager to <br />issue change orders for the government center renovations and <br />to move contingency funds with a follow-up report of these <br />transactions to the Board. Finance Director Beatrice <br />Fields reviewed the amendment with the Board, following which <br />Commissioner Reives moved to adopt Budget Amendment <br />#04/01/91/16.
