its r.72 0 <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH <br />APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS <br />CONCERNING <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST <br />CDBG-CR PROGRAM <br />BEULAH BROWN ROAD AREA <br />WHEREAS, the County of Lee (County) has received a community <br />Development grant for the purpose of community revitalization; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, certain state and federal regulations concerning <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST are applicable to this program; and <br />WHEREAS, the County is to have in place a written policy <br />concerning CONFLICT OF INTEREST; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners that the <br />following shall be held true for the above program: <br />1. The County hereby adopts the attached excerpt Section <br />570.611 "Conflict of Interest" from 24 CDF Ch. 4 as its policy <br />concerning federal funds used wholly or in part thorugh its CDBG <br />project. <br />2. The county will require that a "Conflict of Interest" <br />clause be included in all contracts executed under this program. <br />This resolution adopted this 1st day of April , 1991. <br />Chairman <br />r4 <br />Attest <br />r <br />
