2009 <br />• EE COUNTY <br />Committed Today for a Better Tomorrow <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />SIX MILE FIRE INSURANCE DISTRICT <br />FOR <br />LEMON SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, on October 1, 2007, the Lee County Board of Commissioners voted to <br />dissolve the Cameron Fire District effective June 30, 2008, and said District was taken <br />over by the Lemon Springs Fire Department, and <br />WHEREAS, the attached GIS map is presented for review and approval for the <br />Lemon Springs Fire Department Six Mile Fire Insurance District for insurance grading <br />purposes, pursuant to the authority given under NC Gen Stat 153A -233; and <br />• WHEREAS, said map represents a consolidation of the Lemon Springs Fire <br />Insurance District and the Cameron Fire Insurance District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, WE THE LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, <br />approve attached GIS map showing the new six mile boundary line for the Lemon Springs <br />Fire Insurance District. <br />Adopted this 5 day of January 2009. <br />5 cck k,4 P _ ,"— <br />Richard B.
