2010 - �,?S <br />• NORTH CAROLINA STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />REQUEST FOR PAVING OF DRIVE <br />AT <br />CAPE FEAR FIRE DEPARTMENT SUBSTATION <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF LEE <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Cape Fear Fire Department Substation at 5572 Buckhorn Rd <br />WHEREAS, the attached petition has been filed with the Board of County Commissioners <br />of the County of Lee, requesting that the above described drive be paved: and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is of the opinion that the above <br />described drive should be paved, if the paving meets the minimum standards and <br />criteria established by the Division of Highways of the Department of Transportation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of the County <br />• of Lee that the Division of Highways is hereby being requested to review the above <br />described drive, and to pave the drive into the bay areas of the Cape Fear Fire <br />Department Substation. <br />Richard B.
