Every two years there is a potential for a change in the makeup <br />of the Board of Commissioners. This year, with two new <br />members the direction of the Board will be changing again. This <br />means that it is important for the Commissioners and staff to set <br />goals which accurately reflect the majority position of the Board. <br />Setting clear goals and objectives allows the staff to work on <br />items that complement the desires of the majority. This first <br />discussion will concentrate more on the "big picture" of what <br />each Commissioner wants to see happen in Lee County. <br />ATTACHMENT(S) NA <br />PRIOR BOARD ACTION NA <br />RECOMMENDATION In this section, the Commissioners will be asked to write down <br />there ideas and what Lee County should be. We will have flip <br />charts for notes to be taken and then will use those notes to set <br />the frame work for setting goals for the coming year. <br />• <br />
