2. The terms of the final sale are as follows: Buyer must pay with cash, cashier's check <br /> or certified check at the time of closing. <br /> 3. The property will be sold "as is" with no conditions placed on the bid. <br /> 4. Title to the subject property shall be transferred to the buyer by a non-warranty deed. <br /> 5. The County Attorney does not perform title searches on the property and the Offeror <br /> can hire its own attorney to complete a title search. <br /> 6. The County Manager and appropriate County officials are authorized to execute the <br /> instruments necessary to convey the property. <br /> 7.
