Commissioners present were W. Chad Adams, Robert H. Brown, <br />Herbert A. Hincks, Jerry M. Lemmond, Nathan E. Paschal, Robert T. Reives, and Amy <br />L. Stevens. <br />Chairman Hincks presided and the following business was transacted: <br />r1 <br />LJ <br />The Board considered a recommendation from Tax Administrator Kep Kepley to <br />appoint Tax Office staff as Plat Review Officers to sign plats prior to the Register of <br />Deed's Office recording them. Mr. Kepley stated that since Mr. Jon Moore's retirement, <br />there was no one in the Tax OfLee that is certified to sign plats. Mr. Kepley asked that <br />the Board adopt a resolution designating himself, along with five (5) Tax Office staff as <br />Plat Review Officers. Commissioner Amy Stevens moved to approve a resolution <br />designating the following individuals as Plat Review Officers: <br />Kep Kepley <br />Lisa Black <br />William Cannady <br />Lisa Faulkner <br />James Paulk <br />Renee Scott <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Adams, Brown, Hincks, Lemmond, Paschal, Reives, and Stevens <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />014 <br />0 <br />
