The property is depicted <br />on Tax maps 9527 and 9537, Tax Parcel 9537-09-0162, Lee County Land Records. <br />BUDGET IMPACT: N/A <br />ATTACHMENT(S): (1) Staff report -recommendation from the Planning Board <br />(2) Maps <br />(3) Ordinance to amend the Official Zoning Map of Lee County <br />PUBLIC HEARING: No <br />PRIOR BOARD ACTION: On April 21, 2008, the Board of Commissioners and Planning Board <br />held a public hearing to consider Application No. 2008-0401. <br />Mr. Brooks spoke in favor of the rezoning petition at the public hearing. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board, by a unanimous vote, recommends that the <br />Board of Commissioners approve the application to rezone 7.36+ acres of land at 283 Saw Mill <br />Road from Residential Agricultural (RA) district to Light Industrial (LI) district. <br />
