We are <br />compiling information concerning revaluations for the General Assembly. We do not have on file <br />a resolution from Lee County changing the 8 yr reappraisal cycle to a 4 yr cycle, or a resolution <br />moving the reappraisal forward for a 2011 revaluation as mandated by the GS 105-286 (a)(2) If <br />the General Assembly adopts legislation that changes the year for reappraisal cycles, your <br />revaluation dates could be determined or effected by the legislative changes.
