The voice communications service provider or PSAP may petition the 911 Board for a hearing on the question of whether the expenditures were unauthorized and the 91 I Board must grant the request within a reasonable period of time It', after the hearing. the 911 Board concludes the expenditures were in fact unauthorized the 911 Board may require the voice Comnnmications service provider or PSAP to ref llid the monies improperly spent within 90 days Money, received under this section must be Credited to the 911 Fund. If a voice communications service provider or PSAP does not cease making unauthorized expenditures or refuses to refund improperly spent money. the 911 Board must suspend funding to the provider or PSAP until corrective action is taken. 62A-49.
