Minter, Finance Director <br />REQUEST: Approval of Budget Amendment #11/5/07/10 <br />SUMMARY: Budget Amendment #11/5/07/10 appropriates funds for the following <br />departments: <br />Health Department - Health Promotion - The Health Department <br />has received a grant of $18,750 from the Health and Wellness Trust <br />Fund Commission for Project PLAY (Promoting a Lifestyle of Activity <br />for You) <br />COLTS - COLTS has been allocated an additional $63,795 from <br />the NC Department of Transportation for the Rural Operating <br />Assistance Program (ROAP).
