Nay: None 800 13 Parr 760) <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been adopted <br />unanimously. <br />Chairman Stafford stated that he wanted to emphasize, <br />especially to the news media, that the decision to study the <br />possible realignment of administrative duties in the <br />Department of Youth Services, in conjunction with Mr. Ronnie <br />Martin's resignation, does not mean that programs will be <br />eliminated in Youth Services. <br />Commissioner Wicker then stated that he missed <br />commissioner Cox's presence and input at this meeting. <br />It was the general consensus of the Board that an <br />advertisement be published in The Sanford Herald for the <br />various vacancies on the Board and Committees for those <br />wishing to apply. The deadline for accepting applications <br />will be June 10, 1991. <br />Commissioner Wicker moved that the Board enter into <br />executive session to discuss a personnel and legal matter. <br />Commissioner Hall seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been adopted <br />unanimously, and the Board was in executive session. <br />Following the discussion in executive session, Commissioner <br />Matthews moved that the executive session be closed and the <br />Board resume its public session. Commissioner Hall seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had been adopted <br />unanimously, and the public session resumed. <br />There being no further business to come before the <br />session, Commissioner Hall moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon <br />a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />11 <br />
