Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Matthews, on behalf of the Lemon Springs Home Extension Club, invited the Board members to a dinner to be held for them prior to the next regular meeting at S:4S P.M. at the Lee County Cooperative Extension Service. Commissioner Reives requested that the Lee County Library System subscribe to the Federal Register, which costs approximately $340 annually. It was the general consensus of the Board to direct the library director to do so. Commissioner Paschal moved that the Board enter into an executive session to discuss contractual and land acquisition matters. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and the Board was in executive session. Following the Board's discussion in executive session, Commissioner Wicker moved that the executive session be closed and the public session resume. Commissioner Hall seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and the public session resumed. There being no further business to come before the Board, Commissioner Hall moved to adjourn the meeting.
