115 <br />Board to contact the Department of Environment, Health and Natural <br />Resources requesting answers to questions presented to the State by <br />the Lee County Environmental Affairs Board, which have not yet been <br />satisfactorily answered. It was also decided to issue a request to <br />all entities involved in the approval process of the Randleman Dam <br />project to delay any approval until it can be determined that the <br />project is and will be in the best interest of all citizens of North <br />Carolina. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved that the Board enter into an <br />executive session to discuss personnel and land acquisition matters. <br />Commissioner Wicker seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and <br />the Board was in executive session. Following the Board's discussion <br />in executive session, Commissioner Hall moved that the executive <br />session be closed and the public session resume. Commissioner Wicker <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and <br />the public session resumed.
