Following the Board's discussion <br />in executive session, Commissioner Hall moved to recess the executive <br />session which will reconvene after the scheduled public hearing. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and <br />the public session resumed. Commissioner Cox moved to recess the <br />meeting for dinner and to reconvene at 7:00 o'clock P.M. for the <br />scheduled public hearing. Commissioner Wicker seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />invited the Planning Board members to join the Commissioners for a <br />joint public hearing, Mr. Leonard Barefoot, Planning Director, <br />presented the petition submitted by Charles Branch to rezone 3.2S <br />acres of land located at 1409 Valley Road which is located on the <br />western side of Valley Road beginning at a point approximately 2300 <br />feet south of the intersection of Valley Road and Forestwood Park <br />Road from Residential Restricted District to Residential Agricultural <br />Conditional Use District. The petitioner proposes to locate one <br />single wide manufactured home on the property. <br />Mr. Charles Branch stated that his daughter would reside in the <br />manufactured home adjacent to his home. He stated that later his <br />daughter hopes to build a home on the property to replace the <br />manufactured home. <br />After all persons wishing to speak for or against the petition <br />had been heard, Commissioner Wicker moved to close the public <br />hearing. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />7 <br />
