<br />Finance Committee and the Social Services Board to approve a pay
<br />increase for Ms. Diane S. Lamb, Director of Social Services from
<br />Grade 76/Step 1 at $35,445 per year to Grade 76/Step 2 at $36,237 per
<br />year, retroactive November 1, 1991. Commissioner Hall seconded the
<br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows:
<br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Stafford, Reives, and Wicker
<br />Nay: None
<br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously.
<br />Commissioner Cox moved to request the Airport Commission to
<br />obtain an audit of the operations of Central Carolina Aviation, Inc.,
<br />pursuant to the contract. Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion,
<br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows:
<br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Stafford, Reives, and Wicker
<br />Nay: None
<br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously.
<br />Commissioner Matthews moved to approve a contract with Sandhills
<br />Family Practice to provide medical services to the Lee County Jail
<br />inmates. A copy of this contract is attached to these minutes, and
<br />upon this reference, made a part hereof. Commissioner Reives
<br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows:
<br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Stafford, Reives, and Wicker
<br />Nay: None
<br />The chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously.
<br />Commissioner Cox moved that the meeting be adjourned until
<br />Tuesday, February 11, 1992, at 3:30 P.M., to reconvene in the
<br />Commissioners' Conference Room, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North
<br />Carolina. Commissioner Hall seconded the motion, and upon a vote,
<br />the results were as follows:
<br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker
<br />Nay: None
<br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been unanimously adopted, and
<br />the meeting adjourned.
