that is observed by physicians in their community in treating <br />private patients with the same or similar medical problems. <br />2. Compensation. <br />County agrees to pay SFP the sum of One Thousand And <br />No/100 Dollars ($1,000.00) per month for the service <br />enumerated herein. SFP will submit a bill at the end of each <br />month for the services rendered during that month and the <br />County will pay on or before the tenth day of the next <br />month. <br />3. Termination. <br />Either party may terminate this contract on the last day <br />of a calendar month by giving written notice of such <br />termination which is received by the other ninety (90) days <br />before the date of termination. <br />4. Insurance. <br />SFP is to continuously maintain malpractice liability <br />insurance coverage in an amount of not less than $ <br />during the term of this contract and will have said policy <br />endorsed to show County as a party protected under said <br />policy. SFP shall furnish County with a copy of the policy. <br />5. Term. <br />SFP shall begin to provide services pursuant to this <br />contract on March 1, 1992, and shall continue to provide <br />services until February 28, 1993. If neither party has given <br />notice of termination as herein provided then this contract <br />shall automatically be renewed for another year on each <br />succeeding March 1. <br />
