0 . <br />Agricultural District to Highway Commercial Conditional Use District. <br />The petitioner proposes to locate a welding shop on the property. <br />Mr. Charles Ray Riddle spoke in favor of the request, stating <br />that the current dwelling located on the property in question will be <br />removed from the property to accommodate zoning requirements which <br />allow only one structure to be located on the site. After all <br />persons had been given an opportunity to speak on this request, <br />Commissioner Cox moved to close the public hearing. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman declared the motion had been adopted unanimously <br />and the public hearing closed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Commissioner Reives moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Hall <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />declared the public session adjourned. <br />William C.
