The Chairman invited the Planning Board members to join the Commissioners for a joint public hearing. Mr. Leonard Barefoot, Planning Director, presented the petition submitted by Mr. William Kottcamp to rezone 1.705 acres of land located on the eastern side of Colon Road at the southwestern corner of Colon Road and Birchard Road from Residential Agricultural District to Highway Commercial Conditional Use District. The petitioner- proposes to locate a flea market (indoors and outdoors) on the property. Mr. William Kottcamp, owner of the property in question, spoke in favor of the request and answered questions from the Boards.
