I <br />T?)ov 11 ;-fr -278 <br />N <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Hall moved to enter into executive session to <br />discuss contractual and land acquisition matters. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: none <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and <br />the Board was in executive session. Following the Board's discussion <br />in executive session, Commissioner Hall moved that the executive <br />session be closed and the public session resume. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously, and <br />the Board was in public session. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to correspond with the Lee County Board <br />of Education, asking the Board's future plans for the W. B. Wicker <br />School property. Commissioner Hall seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Reives, and Stafford <br />Nay: Paschal and Wicker <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a majority <br />vote of the Board. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner <br />Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />declared the public session adjourned. <br />14 <br />
