rod -~T: 417 Section X. Sandh Ols Ambulance Service, nc., shall be solely responsible for billing and collecting amounts from its clients for its services. Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., will seek no subsidies from Lee County nor reimbursement for uncollectable accounts as a consequence of the granting of this franchise. Initially, Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., will charge rates for its services no greater than as set forth in its Application for Franchise. Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., may from time to time increase its rates and charges for its services, provided, however, that no increase shall go into effect until Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., shall have given a thirty day written notice of said increase, and provided further, that no more than two such increases be made in any twelve month period. Section BI. Lee County shall have the right to terminate this franchise by giving Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., thirty days notice of its intention to terminate. Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., shall have the right to terminate this franchise by giving Lee County thirty days notice of its intention to terminate. Section %II. Application for renewal of this franchise shall be made pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the "Ordinance Regulating Ambulance Services in Lee County" heretofore referred to. Section %III. This franchise and the rights, privileges and authority hereby granted shall take effect and be in force from and after final passage hereof, as provided by law, provided that within 30 days after the date of the final passage of this ordinance, Sandhills Ambulance Service, Inc., shall file with the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners its unconditional acceptance of this franchise and promise to comply with and abide by all of its provisions, terms and conditions, and said acceptance to be in writing and in the form and executed in the manner as required by Lee County.
