Initially, Nova Medical Transport, Inc., will charge rates for its services no greater than as set forth in its Application for Franchise. Nova Medical Transport, Inc., may from time to time increase its rates and charges for its services, provided, however, that no increase shall go into effect until Nova Medical Transport, Inc., shall have given a thirty day written notice of said increase, and provided further, that no more than two such increases be made in any twelve month period. Section %i. Lee County shall have the right to terminate this franchise by giving Nova Medical Transport, Inc., thirty days notice of its intention to terminate. Nova Medical Transport, Inc., shall have the right to terminate this franchise by giving Lee County thirty days notice of its intention to terminate. Section %II. Application for renewal of this franchise shall be made pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of the "Ordinance Regulating Ambulance Services in Lee County" heretofore referred to. Section BIII. This franchise and the rights, privileges and authority hereby granted shall take effect and be in force from and after final passage hereof, as provided by law, provided that within 30 days after the date of the final passage of this ordinance, Nova Medical Transport, Inc., shall file with the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners its unconditional acceptance of this franchise and promise to comply with and abide by all of its provisions, terms and conditions, and said acceptance to be in writing and in the form and executed in the manner as required by Lee County.
