CGA <br />u) I., 1-1 A'M <br />Me <br />18 <br />Columbia, SC <br />Washington, DC MEMORANDUM <br />west Palm Beach, FL <br />TO: William Cowan, Lee County Manger <br />Debbie Davidson, Chairperson <br />Lee County Transportation Co mit e <br />FROM: Rich Garrity, Project Manage <br />CGA Consulting Services, Inc. <br />SUBJECT: Inclusion of Additional JOBS Program Clients on Consolidated Transportation <br />System <br />DATE: March 23, 1992 <br />On March 17, 1992, CGA Consulting Services, Inc. rnet with the Director and program staff at the <br />Lee County Department of Social Services to discuss the inclusion of additional JOBS Program <br />clients in the proposed consolidated transportation system. <br />Current Arrangements <br />The Department of Social Services is providing transportation to JOBS Program clients in a <br />number of ways: <br />DSS contracts with Central Carolina Community College to provide transportation <br />using a Section 16(b)(2) bus at a flat rate of $800/month. Between 23 - 26 clients are <br />served daily. <br />Some (3) clients ride public school buses. <br />Most clients (estimated 81) receive a daily mileage reimbursement.
