0 <br />Lacs _ f4 653 <br />The Board considered Budget Amendment # 05/04/92/19 as presented <br />by Finance Director, John Crumpton. A copy of the budget amendment <br />is attached to these minutes, and by this reference, made a part <br />hereof. Commissioner Reives moved to adopt the budget amendment. <br />Commissioner Hall seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. William Cowan, County Manager, presented <br />contract with Dr. William Garlick, MD, to serve a <br />director of Lee County Emergency Medical Services <br />some discussion, Commissioner Hall moved to adopt <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon <br />were as follows: <br />to the Board a <br />s the medical <br />Department. After some <br />discussion Commissioner Hall moved to adopt the contract. <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: Wicker <br />vote. <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a majority <br />Mr. William Cowan, County Manager, discussed renewal of the Lee <br />County Hospitalization Plan to be effective July 1, 1992.
